I've been dealing for anger issues since I was in fourth grade. I was seeing a therapist for awhile, but it never did any good. That just made me angrier. Now I'm kind of controlling my anger, but only for so long. One stupid little remark and then suddenly I just explode, and I want to take on everyone. I got in a huge brawl my freshman year in high school, fighting six seniors, two juniors, a sophomore and three other freshman on my own. I lost of course, but I didn't feel the pain until the next morning when I couldn't move. I'm becoming scared of myself, and I don't know what to do. Can someone please explain this to me?

There has to be one small key word in those remarks that sends you around the bend. You have to pinpoint and start recognizing it. It could be anything, Sitting down and really thinking hard by going back and trying to find it will do you world of good.

Hello Wolf,
Have you been to only one Therapist?
Are you an only child? If not, do they get angry quick?
Do your parents get angry quick?
What kinds of things set you off?

I'm not an only child. My parents are slow to anger. I'm the only one with issues. D:

Would you consider ever going to another Therapist?

And your age now is?
What kinds of physical outlets do you currently have to vent this anger?

That's a good question.
An outlet can be very beneficial.
