There is only one Christianity. That is those that believe in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ as the only true GOD.
Now if you meant to say denominations? There are lots and lots of them. Some are very conservative and others are more out going. But as long as any religious organizations preaches and teaches the whole and complete word of God, you cannot go too far wrong.

There are many different "christianities" that include differences from very slight to fairly significant.
Ebaines link above should give you what you're looking for.

After reading the Bible, something became very clear to me, God hates religion. Even when Moses asked God what his name was, God was irritated. Jesus, flipped the tables outside the temple and severely criticized the religion of his day. Your walk with God needs to be independent of a religion. Base your beliefs on the bible. If someone tells you "this is what the bible says", don't believe it - but read passages yourself. Let the bible be your final authority for your beliefs. For example, is Jesus God? Some Christian religions vary on this question. However, if the Bible is your source of information, then consider several passages in the new testament. Some more obvious than others. For example John 18 , where the guards were looking for Jesus, "Jesus saith unto them, I am" and the guards fell back. This wonderful passage illustrates Jesus' equality with the name of God Jehovah, which means I am.
If the bible is flawed, then the whole book needs to be discarded. What part is right then? What part is wrong? If the Bible is flawed, then men have to determine which passages are correct (not a good idea). The truth is that the Bible is not flawed but crafted by God, through men. Religion is flawed, the Bible is not. Men are flawed, the Bible is not.
So which religion? NONE. Consider this, however, God is the one who reads hearts. People from every religion have the same opportunity to come to Him. My advice is to find a Church that is non-denominational or find a Church that professes that the Bible is the final authority on Church doctrine. Question everything. Pray on everything. Pray that God leads you and get ready for a ride. Man says to God, "Show me and I will believe". God says to man (in effect), "Believe and I will show you.

There used to be an annual book called "Handbook Of Denominations" that listed all the denominations in the US and told a little about them. I don't know if it's still in print or not, but it might be a good place to start. A decent library should have a copy, or at least some earlier editions.

According to the world system of categorizing there are many but I am with Mike 1956.
The Bible warns against traditions of man which is what 'religions' are.
