I have a Kenmore Elite electric dryer purchased in 2003. My son was looking for a shirt in the dryer and manually turned the drum, heard a noise. After I came home the dryer wouldn't turn on at all. The drum turns really easy now with no resistance. Any ideas on what happened to it? And is it fixable? When I push the start button I hear a clicking noise."
