Dear Dr
I am extremely desperate for some advice. I have searched the Internet, read all the blogs, have gone to 10 doctors and there seem to be no answer to my question. This also seems to be a massive problem with many women and no one has a right answer. Every doctor is giving me a different answer and this is my first pregnancy so I am petrified of losing my baby. I am currently residing in Iran and have limited access to information outside here.
PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND!
Here is my situation:
I am 31 years old and am 18 weeks pregnant now. I did take clomet for 5 days and got an injection in the same month before I got pregnant in June. My Doctor immediately put me on baby aspirin (A.S.A 80) without testing me for any blood abnormalities. So I have been taking baby aspirin since the day I found out I am pregnant. I had a bleed at 12 weeks (Not major) and it turned to spotting for two weeks after and a heavy bleed at 14 weeks. The bleeding has stopped since the 15th week and am now at the end of week 18th. I was diagnosed with SCH. My SCH ha shrunk since week 12 but its still there and has not changed since week 15. The baby is very healthy and growing really well. My Doctor also started to give me Proluton depo 500 from week 12 and I had the last one last night. I also take Isuxoprine (3 times a day) which I think is not even prescribed in the US. Now this is where the confusion is:

Some Doctors think that I should not be taking Aspirin when I have SCH. My Doc thinks its very important for me to take it until a week before I give birth. When I asked her why was I put on it in the first place, she said that although I may have no blood abnormalities because it took me 2 years to get pregnant (with pills and such) she doesn't want to take any chances. She also said that sometimes the abnormalities don't show in your blood and this happened to a friend of hers who lost her baby 3 times before she was put on baby aspirin. She said there is no harm in taking it. Now I am very afraid:
If I keep taking it could it be the cause of SCH and that could also lead to complications?
If I stop what if she is right and I do lose the baby? I do want to take it and be on the safe side but only if I am sure that it can't cause further complications.
As you can see I am going crazy and cannot make a decision on what to do... PLEASE HELP ME!

You can continue taking the baby aspirin. While some doctors approve, others do not.

You can read this website to help you understand.
