Hi.
I purchased this beautiful original seascape watercolor at an antique store. It is signed by artist named "Ann Cole". I looked over the internet and did some digging and am not sure if this were the same artist "Ann Cole Phillips" . Can you please provide your take on this. Photos attached below.
Thanks,
Idila

Thanks Idila for links. I saw the links before but only in the ioffer link I see it says "signed Ann Cole (Ann Cole Phillips)". So I assume Ann Cole and Ann Cole Phillips are the same and that she did sign her paintings as Ann Cole at some time.

I have a water colour of a rural scene. The subject is a farmhouse in front of a barn and detached garage. In the driveway is a bycycle. The water color is an original and the signature is almost identical to the nautical water color shown above. The style of same shows similarities to my water color. If anyone should want to see a picture of art work and signature in lower right hand corner of same I will produce them some time in the near future. Larry
