My 10th grade art teacher asked us to pick any older era painting of our choosing and reproduce it as a pencil sketch. I am currently trying to put together a portfolio of my artwork for college purposes. I want to include this drawing in my portfolio, but I have to know who the original artist is, in order to give credit and not pass the piece off as my own original. I cannot remember who I chose for the reproduction assignment. The original was I believe a color oil painting. I'm attatching a photo of my own pencil drawing, since I do not know who the original artist is to find the real photo. It looks practically the same, besides the difference in media used. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me!
