No you can't feed them carnation milk. Let the mom do her job by breast feeding. They are getting all they need that way.

Why do you want to suppliment the milk they are getting from their mother? If she is healthy and nursing, they should be getting enough nutrients from her.

Carnation or cow's milk is not good for them.

Their tiny bodies cannot digest anything other than their mother's milk. Is there a reason you want to supplement?

If they aren't feeding off mom for some reason you will need to bottle feed them with a suppliment.. NOT any form of cows milk.

You can buy puppy milk from pet stores or vets, usually it is a powder you mix with water and warm slightly.

You need to give around 20-30ml for every 100grams of body weight every 3-4 hours, day and night. Once pups are around 3 weeks old you can cut that back to 4-5 feedings a day.

Goats milk works!

Goats milk mixed with some yogurt and a yolk from an egg is the Organic alternative to mothers milk.

If you want the recipe, just let me know! :)
