I have been best friends with my friend for the past 9yrs and we would do a lot of things together. Recently her boyfriend of 4 yrs told her she had to pick between me or him instead of doing that she just decide notto spend as much time with me like she did. What should I do??

Be there for her. If she is trying so hard to please her boyfriend, he'll get tired of her being so easily led and drop her.

She'll need you. I would bet on it.

In my opinion, it is never wise to drop a friend, to please a boyfriend.

I would personally drop him.

Boyfriends come and go, but family and real good friends will always be there. I know that what she has done hurts. If you can try and be there when she needs you after he has moved on to another girl.
