Replacing fan under warranty same fan same controls. Remote is hard wired, two black wires labeled "to fan" "to power" from receptacle power wire, red wire and ground no line wire on original hookup. Hooked power wire to power and hooked to fan to red wire. At fan power wire(black) line wire(white) and red wire which proves to be from remote "to fan" It is hot running through hard wired remote. The sending unit has one black, one white and ground. This fan will not function without remote. Wired hot all works gyro, two fans and light. The schematic and installation instruction says "wire in series" I've got two hot wires at fan. One from remote switch red wire "to fan"and one from circuit. Unfortunately we did not watch our uninstall. Please help!
