Value of 1936 silver half dollar?

It depends on the condition and where it was minted. Look for the mint sign.

RENEE- ON the 1936 , SILVER half ,The mint mark is on the back side under the log that the EAGLE is standing on ;; IT WILL be no mint mark= PHILIADELPHIA;; A "D" for DENVER;; or a " S " FOR SAN FRANCISCO.
