Will cocoa butter help remove red purple colour stretch marks? Does coca butter lighten your skin colour?

Cocoa butter does not lighten skin; it does help scars and stretch mark heal - to a certain extent.

I hate stretch marks and I have tried everything to get rid of mine but its impossible. No cream will do it but maybe laser treatment because that will go much deeper in the skin then creams.
