There is no one, or even two or three, formulas to calculate load in a commercial building.
You can start by reviewing this:

And this is only part 1.
You have a great deal of studying to do.

We are also back to the fact that folks cannot even grasp the concept of writing an actual question, and using enough words to describe their situation.
What is the original post, a question? A statement? What?

My advice is to hire an engineer that knows how to perform load calculations.
