An old horror movie, a kid finds that there are demons living beneath the tree in his backyard. The at the end of the movie the an eye appears in the kids palm and he stabs it with a piece of glass. I saw this movie when I was really young to I'm guessing it was made in the late 80's or early 90's.

Please help this has been driving me crazy for years.
