It was a cartoon film, it was about a boy and a gilr who's parents go out for the night and there aunt or something is looking after them, anyway they decide to visit the sea and end up somehow with this weird scientist guy, he had invented this weird stuff that's turns people into fish, the girl drinks it turns into a fish and the boy sees on a camera and turns into a fish to save her (fly fish) the potion goes to real fish and they can suddenly talk and the only other I can remember is an army of crabs the evil fish and a shark side kick who try to do bad things!! HELP!
