My 1990 honda civic been downfor awhile changed fuses ign. Switch fuel pump,injectors, relay fuel filter,fuel regulator. Ecu,new distributor finally got it running again all of a sudden the car started idling real fast then idle normal fast and normal back and forth until it start to idle so slow it started killing now it want start have fuel cel comes relay clicks but want start. chicoman
