So this past week I have felt really uneasy no matter where I go. But last night it felt as if someone was in the room watching me. My friend is wicken and told me about a bad spirit that was with her. She told me it left her and came to me. I constantly feel a pressure on my head and chest. And I get really unnerved to to point I almost cry. Can someone please help me out?

Have you asked your friend why she would do that to you? The answers could be just stress in your life or the environment.

Doesn't sound like you have too great of a friend.

If you are convinced that a bad spirit is with you, why not talk to a priest about it?

Your friend really has no control over any spirit. They have their own agenda and it usually is not good. They are known for attaching to us humans and I have had many attachments. You will notice yourself getting headaches and a lot of neck tension. These spirits can cause a host of health problems. Don't hold your friend responsible.

No one can freely control a spirit. They can attach themselves to anyone.

I know your new to these boards. So Im going to offer some advice. Please watch the dates of the posts. The OP started this thread in 2010.
