I believe it's a movie about two kids , and then they find a gnome or an elf , I'm not sure what , and then they go in the rainbow , and there's a scene where they are in the boat , and there r these voices sing a very weird song. I don't remember , I saw it when I was a kid and I've been trying to remember the name of this movie for a long time, I'd be very glad if anybody could help me.
