The 'best' is what fits your budget and the style of your house, and whether it's new construction or retrofit.
Vinyl clad (over wood, most people want wood on the inside) is the most sold, I think. But some of the most expensive are actually aluminum over wood, allowing for many deep baked on colors. You can get solid vinyl and that's fine.
The best installer is a licensed person near you and a well informed buyer, you, to go over the contract and know what to stipulate.
I would take the time to go to a home improvement place or even a small lumberyard and ask for info on the brands they carry.
You can research websites too.
