About cowboy robber dressed in black leather which had a good twin racing for gold in frontier land and there's kids involved. I believe 1 was named Rosco, runaway wagons/trains. Not the movie with Don Knotts. It might have aired about 15 times in early to mid 80's. Can't find it on the disney Sunday movie list.
