I have this friend who son smokes pot and is a runner for a drug dealer. I just told her yesterday night that she can not watch my four year old son because I don't want my son over there in case there is a drug bust done because my son would be taken away from his daddy and I we would not want that to happen to him. I would like to turn her son in for this but don't know how with out her finding out it was me that turned her son in. She lives right across the hall from my apartment. She even thinks that her son needs a friend and not a parent so she treats him like a friend and lets him do what ever he wants to do. He even smokes pot in her apartment. This kid that does this is only sixteen years old.

You have two choices - do nothing OR go to the Police with your proof and ask to remain anonymous.

From what you've written it seems that aside from your son being over there (YOUR fault by the way idiot), you have no right to turn the teenage into authorities.
