I am installing new cabinets on a short wall that has a hot water baseboard heating element. I was told by the cabinet store that I just cut out the toe kick and the back of the cabinet. Is it that simple? I'm assuming that I take the whole reflecting part off that sits over the fins. Is there a lower profile reflector that I use? And what do I use as a toe kick now?
