I would think the chlorine atom (or, perhaps better, the chloride ion) in ClO2- would be sp3 hybridized. What would that make the bond angle be?
BUT: there may be distortions from this due to attractions or repulsions in the actual molecule. You will have to check this out in your text or somewhere.
Maybe that is what you are doing here. Let us know your thoughts and we will offer suggestions.
