This movie is from late 80's but I could be wrong. Beginning of the movie there is this little baby boy has the super powers but no one knows it yet. One day little boy's father fixing the TV and suddenly he burns his finger, little boy smiles at him and grabs his father's finger by the time he lets go the finger was all healed that's when his father discovers that the boy is special he has super powers. Later in the movie little boy grows up and becomes man. I can't clearly remember why he was searching for his mom but he's on the run because FBI is also looking for him (because of his super powers)One of the scene I can remember FBI finally captures him and their psychiatrist was questioning him, he ignores all questions instead he says something like "It wasn't your fault, there was nothing you could've done" after that she begins to cry that shows that he has the ability to read minds. The entire movie had so much similar shocking scenes like that. Please anyone if you have any idea what that movie might be please please post it here. I would love to see it again.
