I have firsthand knowledge, so here it goes.

I am personally of the opinion that it works about as well as "I must! I must! I must increase my bust!" while swinging the arms back at the shoulders, because I have seen NO SCIENTIFIC evidence that it works.

While this isn't the law board, and answers CAN be opinion---let's at least try to back them up with evidence when we can, please.
