My son has tiny itchy bumps on the back of his neck, back and shoulders. It is not many but he complains they are itching and I am not sure what it is. He just started with this last night. Any suggestions and by the way he is only 5

That sounds kind of like what my friend's little sister had although she said they hurt. Maybe it's chicken pox?
