Basement flooded due to heavy rain in central Illinois and pumps couldn't handle the water until after the rain stopped. We dumped water out of the rotating drum and have a fan pointed in to the circuit board to dry it. Tried to turn it and the AC on and heard clicks, but no blowing. It got flooded three years ago and was okay but then last year flooded less water and had to have a new circuit board. I just don't have the money for another visit from the furnace man as times are really tough right now for me. Any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

Couple possibilites... debris or mud blocking the motor or blower, bearings seized from the water, corrosion from being submerged one time too many.

Dear Smoothy,
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my question. I really appreciate your suggestions. I will try to see if I can see any physical blockage, otherwise, guess I will have to call the Trane technician.
