There is none. The statute of limitations runs from the time a crime is committed to when somebody is charged. You've already been charged, tried and convicted... So, when you left, a warrant was issued for your arrest and that warrant will last forever.

SOL for skipping on probation? NEVER or until you die (whichever comes first that is).

I think "until you die" comes before "never."
