Hi I am working for an INDIAN MNC and on H1B work stay in United states.. during my 271 days of stay in US I had been for 52 days in CA, 97 days in Ohio and 122 days in Colarado state.
My question is since my stay in any state is less than 180 days will I get complete refund for state tax? Request to throw some light as how state tax refunds work.

My status is Single and I do not have any dependends.

The amount of time worked in each state is not nearly as relevant as HOW MUCH income was earned in each state. The income earned will determine if you owe any state income taxes.
