I got caught shop lifting 80 worth of stuff from sears and I got chraged with theft under 5000 in canada this is my frist offence, I was wondering if I will be able to travel to germany if I plead guilty?

That depends on what Germany wants to do with you. From what I have researched there is no problem but the decision is made on a case by case basis.

The thing is I have both my canadian and german pass port if that help? I think I am eligilbe for diversion but I do not know till my first court date at which I was just planning on pleading guilty

I would enter a guilty BUT ask for the diversion program - no diversion, no guilty plea.

So if diversion isn't available and I plead guilty would I still be able to go to germany?
