My accord was running just fine yesterday, than this morning when I was leaving for work I tried starting my car and the engine wouldn't even turn, all the dash lights interior and exterior and stereo turned on but the engine won't turn. I'm not sure if this problem is the starter and the relay or something, anyone have any advice? I don't have money for a machanic so it'll be a DIY job.

It's likely a bad battery--remove and fully charge or replace. This link should help:

Don't try and jump start the engine. There's too much risk that a voltage spike could destroy the ECM, alternator, or various sensors.
