An unsecured line of creditor just attempted to serve me but was unsuccessful.I live on social security and a small Roth.I rent but am in the process of moving into a small RV which I am purchasing with my Roth because I can't afford rent any longer. I'm also selling my household personal belongings, ie: furniture, household goods that won't fit in the trailer. Can they take my Roth and belongings? I know they can't take SS.I have to be out of the rental by Oct 30th.

They aren't interested in personal belongings, rbb. There just isn't enough resale value. I don't know what a 'Roth' is though.

First dodging Service just delays the inevitable. But I agree they don't want personal possessions. Also where you are there could be a homestead exemption to protect the RV.
