Im 16 and Im on the pill. About a month ago, a couple days after my period, my boyfriend and I were messing around. We didn't have sex and I don't even know if any precum go on my vagina. Im completely sure that no *** got on me/in me, so I don't know why Im worrying so much. Im just a really paranoid person and I need someone to give me the facts so I can calm down. Im suppose to get my period tomorrow and Im worried that all this stress will stop it from coming which will cause me to stress even more.
What would you like help with? If there was no ejaculate on or in your vagina you should be safe.

Hi there I'm a mother of 4 and so I ve been through this whole pregnancy thing a time or two and I have to tell you that typically 5 to 7 days before and 5 to 7 days right after your period are typically non-fertle days. I would try to relax and not think about it which I know is easier said than done BUT your right worrying will only couse you to stress more so go hang out with your friends take a soothing bath read a book do some home work lol anything to get your mind off that. If you don't start for a whole month then I would worry but honestly there is no point in stressing about it until you know and I would certainly not set off any alarms with boyfriend or family until something is confirmed. But in my past expieriences chances are your not pregnant. If you ever need some actual literature to read about it there is a book called knowing your fertitlity signs wwhich basically educates you on how to know your own body and its rythms. Good luck and don't worry whatever the outcome it will all be OK

Thank you. I go to a catholic school so we don't learn about this stuff. I just want to know if I could be pregnant. I haven't had any signs or reasons to think that I am. Im just paranoid when it comes to this sort of thing
It doesn't sound as though you could be pregnant.
Do you understand how pregnancy occurs? I used to go to Catholic school too, so I know where you are coming from.

You are being concerned and that's good. You are a very smart girl by being on birth control and being concerned about your health.
While pregnancy can occur if a man ejaculates outside of the vagina, it is rare. Since you are on birth control, your risk drops even further.
Just remember, if you don't want to be a mother yet, it's best to use two or three forms of birth control. Use a condom and spermicide as well.
There is NO form of birth control that is 100% effective aside from abstinence.

You have internet, there is a lot of pregnancy information within simple searches.
Also remember "less fertile" does not mean it can not happen, just less chance.
