I have a three year old boy. I haven't seen his father since my son was one. I don't want nothing to do with my child's father. I want to take him off from my child's birth certificate. I also want my husband to have rights over my son. Is that possible to do?

You cannot take him off from your son's BC.Your husband is his stepfather thus he has "in loko parentis"/in the place of a parent/ obligations.
The only way is to file for termination of parental rights of the father and adoption by your husband. Have in mind that if adoption is finalized your husband will be obligated to support your son next 15+ years notwithstanding you are together or not.
Does he want it?

Will the bio father sign over his rights ?
If not you will have to take him to court and try to get the court to take these rights away to allow your husband to adopt the child. It seldom happens if the bio father fights it
