I think I will get a second opinion about removing my fibroids because we have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now. My husband and I never use protection and we would really like to have a baby girl (I put in a special request to God) lol I had a DNC done about two years ago to test the fluid (the dye) to see if it would go through my fallopian tubes as they should an it did so there's no reason I can't conceive according to my doctor. My gynecologist feels that I can conceive since I have a 11 yr old and my husband has a 11 yr old and a 3 yr old. I just turned 31 and my husband is 35. The clock is ticking and we would like to get the last two out of the way. My husband is healthy and works out everyday. I am active but as much as my husband I will admit. I need a doctors opinion! My fibroids are located near my uterus and the other thee or four are lower and they are all small. My intuition is telling me to remove them but my doc says have my last two babies then have a hystorectomy. I don't agreee. Should I get a second opinion somewhere else?

Has your husband's sperm been tested yet? I'd start there. Women are not the only people who can be infertile.
