If my mom signed her will on another day than the will states, is the will valid? It was done by a lawyer and has a witnesses and a notary; but the lawyer wrote in a date on which it was not signed by my mom and the others!

It was the will signed by mom, notorary would have dated the part where they witnessed mom signing.

You can of course challenge it in court, my opinion is that they would see it as valid
