A "special student" is bulling me in high school. I'm afraid of her( she filed a false harassment
Charge against me & my friends last school term) The police investigation found nothing. She continues to follow me & infers by looks & actions intend to harm. Can I a 15 year old get an order of protection? How?

Don't bother with the protection order. Go to the School Principal instead and voice your concerns and demand that they do something about it. Or better yet, have your parents go and visit the principal with you when you voice your demands. And if that does nothing but fall on deaf ears have your parents go down to the Board of Education in person and complain there.

What is your parents saying about it, your parents need to contact the school about this. Also is there a school resourse officer to report this to.

And what "actions to intend harm" sorry that sounds like you have read a pamphlet and trying to make it sounds a certain way

My parents gained an interview with the principal with the intervention of a lawyer. They also were granted a school board hearing in private. The police & the DA have denied them a copy of the criminal complaint against me. They are now appealing.

My parents with the assistance of their lawyer were granted a mtg. with the principal, the dean & the police officer who participated in the interrogation. When nothing changed they spoke to the school board with the superintendent present to no advail. They also filed for a copy of
The police complaint and were denied twice lately by the DA. They are in the process of appealing
To the courts. They have asked for the assistance of an Educational Law organization in Pittsburgh.
I'm still afraid of the girl who made her complaint when she in fact was turned in for sexing. Why would I have no rights or protection when in fact I was falsely accused. I'd asking she stay away from me. Why
Am I told to keep my distance from her & she is not so restricted?

I'm curious: What is "sexing"? Googled it to no avail.

My parents did everything they could except filing charges. They have met with the principal & the dean who interrogated me along with a police officer.
Our lawyer wrote to even get the mtg.& his letter went to the superintendent. The police & dean pleaded innocent stating the each other did the interrogation. My parents then spoke at a school board private meeting. (w/o result) School is back and so is the girl who is bulling me.
Since she is the school mascot is labeled special ed. And got away with giving a false police report I feel that she will continue to bump into me & other wise make me uneasy in class, gym, halls, chorus, etc. Our class is 600 large & our school has a high suicide rate.
