My husband is in Galveston County Jail awaiting trial for possession of less than a gram of a controlled substance. He also has a misdeameanor DWI in Brazoria County. He has managed to obtain a motion for time served and wants to mail it to the proper place in Brazoria County ( Texas). He is hoping they will agree to give him time served in that county and he won't have to be transferred there upon completion of his sentence in Galveston. He asked me to find the proper address to mail the form to... can anyone help ? Thanks to all!!

It is to the court clerk at the court in Brazoria Country where the DWI is at. A motion is merely a legal request ( not sure what you mean by managed to obtain) it is just written and submitted.
