A board director, coerced false letters of complaint against me, resulting in probation, some issues the director brought forward dated back to 1999. Two ladies filed harassment & malicious conduct against me, just for asking them to recount their score, according to golf rules you are suppose to ask for a recount if you disagree with score. Sure you can, but you'll have to prove ACTUAL monetary damages. If you can't show exactly how much these statements COST you, then you won't win.
