Only can open my Yahoo homepage, can surf with Google chrome.
Can't open other websites, can't open folders on my desktop, can't open control panel.

Reboot and if that fails try a system restore.

CANNOT perform system restore to any points. "no such interface supported" and "explorer.exe" will appear if I click other websites. Can't transfer my files into removable hard drive.

If You can install all available security updates for Windows (I assume You have windows) . Scan for viruses and trojans, spyware with an anti virus software and remove if any. Restart every time You are asked to do so by Windows. If this doesn't work, either ask a professional to check it out, or re install windows (in such a case , You might want to back up files from the computer on an external drive).
