I am from mexico and I would like to apply for my permanent resident in u.s, because I have two daugthers from united states. My daugthers mother and I are wanting to get married and start on seeing if we can get my papers. But there was a time she had ask for government assistants (cash aid), about for 4 to five months but had stop. Could I still be elegible for appyling for my green card(papers).
