You had to sign a paper that essentially waives all your constitutional rights as a condition of probation or parole.

If you don't have anything... they'll never find it.

The PO has the "right" to search your entire home top to bottom. To look into dresser drawers, into closets, etc. Essentially any and every where is accessible to them as you DID sign paperwork to that effect when you agreed to be on probation or parole. You need to remember that when you are on probation or parole it's essentially the same thing as being in jail except you are living and sleeping in your own home.

Yes, the PO can search you and your home anytime they want, they don't have to wait for visit
