All my exe files and all the icons have been changed.they look like vlc media player.when I run any programme it opens in vlc player.obviously it can not and an error comes.I don't know how to correct aal of them..

Try doing a system restore to a point before your icons changed.

What version of Windows are you running? (XP, Vista, & etc)
