Hello, I live in the UK in a studio apartment close to the city centre. I have noticed small insects creeping in my house. They are brown in colour and they fly all around ! I have tried the leading insecticides available on the market but doesn't seem to help. Please could someone help me ? I feel sick to see them and would like to get rid of them asap. Is there any way you could find a pic of these insects? Much easier to name with a picture.

Hopefully you are using the old skin...
All you have to do is click on go advanced, and then you will see a paper clip icon at the top of this little grey box you are typing in. Another screen will pop up and you will click browse, select your photo and hit upload.
That should do the trick! Good luck.

What you can try:
Go here: TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting (http://www.tinypic.com)
Then, press 'Browse' and upload your image. Then, continue and copy the link labelled 'Link for message boards'. There should be [IMG] in the link. Copy the whole and post it here.

Ok, I better post the pictures then. You should answer your own question for it to appear as a post. Could you try to avoid using the 'Reply' button and save it only for short comments? Thanks!
Oh, I cropped the picture and sharpened it a little. The images do not give a good idea of the insect though... =\

Is there some sort of garden or place where there are a lot of plants nearby? They may be aphids...

Any suggestions please ?

If it is the flour beetle, then searching through all of your dried foodstuffs, including pet foods, and discarding any contaminated product is your first step. After that a light dusting of boric acid powder on the shelves covered by shelf paper should kill any that have survived outside of the product containers.
Edited to add: Sorry if it took a long time to reply. The software on this site sometimes does not let me know that a "reply to this post" has been made.
