Have a breaker it has two breakers 15amp each 30total. Both poles are ganged together so both trip together. Have loss power in six outlets.
The others are okay. The breaker is reset. But still missing power in
Part of the circuit. Should I replace the two pole breakers, since part
Of the breaker is not working

The double breaker is a 240V line. Would be to a dedicated appliance. Would not be part of an outlet circuit.

This could also be a multi-wire branch (shared neutral) circuit. New codes require a tied breaker and this was done pretty often even before that.
Also, if the two circuits go to a single device, like split wired kitchen receptacles common in Canada, then a tied handle breaker was also mandatory.
Did you try to push the breaker off firmly then back on?
Also, this is not "30A total". It is simply a two-pole 15A breaker. You never, ever, add the amperages of multi-pole breakers, or any breakers in a panel.
If for some reason the breaker is bad replace it with exactly what was there; brand, style and configuration.

Stan correct of course. Multi-wire circuit with shared neutral didn't occurred to me. Sorry, what color are the wires connected to breaker.
