Ooooo, quarter pound... Did they charge you with Distribution as well as possession? No way are you getting off without time for that quantity.

Well that is sometimes a maybe for where you are at, if there are higher ups you are going to deal out for.

I have know a few cases where people with a pound or more got probation ( it was a federal case)

But most likely 3 to 7 years, with about 1/2 to serve for parole date

If you lived HERE and had a prescription like I do, four ounces is legal... I don't know what's going to happen to you. If you live in the south where they're still kind of backwards, they could put you in the slam for it... But, if you live ANYWHERE else, you'll probably get probation...
