I have 2 guppies left in my tank... my betta was moved, and my clown loach died from what I think was that I didn't wait a month in the beginning... my guppies are perfectly fine now but I want fish that would be OK to live in a 10 gallon tank, with 2 guppies at the top. I'm going to wait a month then put these in... I perfer smaller tetras and other peaceful fish. I am going to petsmart to get them.

What's your question?

Are you wanting advice on what kind of fish to get?

Neons would be good. They're tetras and small. Remember that with 10 gallons it's 1 inch of fish per gallon. In other words, if you have two 2 inch fish, you can only get 6, 1 inch fish and that's it for the tank. So, if you want more fish, lots of color and variety, neons are a good way to go.

I have a 10 gallon tank and I have 4 tetras, a Molly, an orange and black fin tale and a platty. All seem to get along just great.

Mollies are very peaceful communal fish and are pretty hard to kill, but if you are a little more experienced with tropical varieties Silver Sharks and Gouramis are very pretty.

I was going to suggest mollies too! Mollies, platties, swordtails other types of guppies..

Only thing with adding tetras, is you have to get at least 3. All schooling fish should be in schools of a min. of 3. But there are a lot of different tetras that you can choose from of every different color, shape and size.

Community tanks are fairly easy to add fish to. Just all depends on what you want.
