I want to live with my dad but my mom says that he is not responsiple to take care of me what should I do I want to live with him because my mom has had me for the passed 10 years

You do not get to choose. When your parents divorced (or split), your mom was awarded custody by a court. The only way to change that is by court order.

Your father would have to file in court to have the custody order modified. If he does that, the court may listen to your preference but will decide based on what it deems are your best interests.

If mom is right that your father is not responsible enough, the court will probably not change the current custody status.
