Where are you located? Most U.S. home sewing machines are 120VAC, not 240.

UPS units can be the minimum size of 125% of the load to be served to achieve the minimum runtime.

You stated the unit draws 10 amps at 220 volts, that equals 2200 watts.

What is 45 watt?

You do realize the during a power failure, the UPS will be running on battery, and will run out of power in time. Time will be inversely proportional to load.

To increase runtime, you can get a larger wattage unit.

Hi tkrussell
The sewing machine is 45w and the UPS output is 10amps at 220v

Then the 2200 watt UPS should run a good long time with only a 45 watt load during a power failure.
