If you were charged, but they found out they made a mistake, or did not havve enough evidence and just droped the charges, this will not stop you from anything normally.
If you took a first offenders plea, did probation to have the charges dropped, this may have an effect since this will be seen on some levels of background searches
You need to check with your learning institution or call your local boards. Many institutions even look up simple arrests as well as charges.
Nursing is a tough career that requires a perfect record.
