I haven't had my period in 2 months, and I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. What could be the problem? Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

Are you usually very regular with your periods? Any changes going on... drop in weight, good deal of stress, illness, using birth control?
Are you in your teens or in your 40's? Teens will often have irregular cycles here and there, and women in their 40's, sometimes sooner, may start to experience perimenopause which can result in less bleeding or more frequent bleeding from time to time.
If you think there is a chance for pregnancy, best to see your doctor at this point. They will do another urine test, but also likely do an ultrasound and order a blood test to either confirm or rule out pregnancy and maybe see if there is another cause.
